Position: Logistics Section Manager
Location: Amata, Chonburi
Reporting Manager: Supply Chain Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Manages and leads TOTL Logistic operation includes warehouse, inventory control, shipping, import/export and transportation.
Ensures Logistic operation to delivery best service to customers with efficiency and cost optimization.
Represent TOTL to aligns, synchronizes and seeks for a Logistic strategic and direction from Group Logistic.
Provides tactical planning and initiative for Logistic
Manages Logistic budgeting and spending.
People Management including hiring, training, coating and developing Logistic supervisors and key staff.
Delegate and people assignment on Logistic project, task and monitoring, evaluating on result.
Leads and defines Logistic KPIs and evaluate for result and performances.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chains, Logistics or other related fields
At least 5 years experienced in Supply chain or Logistics roles
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure
Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders across different levels
Good command of written and spoken in English
