Position: APAC Central Planner

Location: Ladkrabang, Bangkok

Mission:

  • Control and manage local inventories (lenses, frames…) in AMERA subsidiaries in order to optimize their inventory levels and the associated cost (replenishment, obsolescence …) while improving service

  • Support obsolescence risk reduction of AMERA subsidiaries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define Min-Max, safety stock level by product / family / SKUs

  • Define replenishment rules and strategies (frequency, min ordering quantities, supplier…)

  • Review forecast with subsidiaries log / sales / marketing teams in order to know any special events and catch up on demand change

  • Calculate and/or release purchase orders to suppliers. And follow order fulfillment (interface with suppliers and local logistics)

  • Monitor inventory level, value, and proactive to prevent any issues

  • Mitigate risk of obsolescence

  • Provide regular reports and KPI reports

  • Setup Min Max SS for PO and UHS calculations

  • Participate and handle in related projects

  • Foresee risk of issues and find out a way to prevent the issues

  • Ensure to respect EHS and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in any fields

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply chain area, or 5 years in Operations & Production

  • English proficiency

  • Experience in planning, or freight would be benefit

  • Ability to quickly adapt & work with new software applications

  • Customer focus
