JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main role is to support the implementation of the integrated EL e-procurement /SRM environment.
Functional analysis capabilities will be crucial both on local and global level, in which the role will support the new EL e-procurement core model implementation and maintenance.
Furthermore, the role will be responsible of ensuring data completeness and reliability in the spending tools.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
Contribute to the digitization roadmap/projects to support overall efficiency gains within the function at the global and regional level
Maintenance of the Spending reporting tools, making sure there are properly updated and verify the completeness and reliability of the data
Oversee Vendor Master Data classification & payment terms and its update in the systems
Support the implementation and maintenance of SAP Ariba tool for procurement with the role of administrator of the system

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE:
Educational Background in Engineering, Information & Technology, Management
Strong problem solving skills
Strong analytical skills and accuracy
Ability to work with stakeholders to understand their need and build trusted relationships
Understanding of delivery methodologies with an emphasis on agile
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
Ability to perform well under pressure and with defined timelines and milestones
Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Educational Background: Engineering, Information & Technology, Management.
Foreign experience is a plus
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
LANGUAGES:
Italian
English
Other Language is a plus
