The Wholesale team works with our customers one-on-one, developing professional relationships based on trust and care.
GENERAL FUNCTION
STARS is EssilorLuxottica's proprietary Vendor Managed Inventory program, aimed at providing wholesale customers with 360-degree service, through superior assortment, seamless automated replenishment, optimized inventory and sell-through support.
The Data Flow Specialist will support with new customer integrations into the STARS solution as it pertains to logistics and data flow infrastructure. This individual is responsible for managing data and support operations on a daily basis.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Onboard new customers to the STARS platform:
Operational coordination of STARS client activation/set-up:
Liaise with IT and track activities (highlight priorities to IT, remove roadblocks, etc).
Manage inbound and outbound data exchange process as it pertains to:
EDI, sales, and inventory data
Troubleshoot and resolve any missing incoming data
Conduct customer’s performance analysis together with planners
Interact with Account Managers and customers to define and monitor data flow
Data Management:
Monitor order generation (SAP systems) and ensure seamless order creation
Data alignment to ensure inbound data flow are accurate with stock alignments and audits
Elaborate reporting on data related metrics
Set up/ maintain new and existing accounts in SAP
Streamline existing and new process
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Informatics or Engineering
2-3 years of previous experience
Excellent ability to identify business issues and ability to cut through complexity
Superior analytical and project management skills
Understanding of process flows and can predict potential issues
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of SAP, Excel and SQL preferred
Pay Range: 64,820.08 - 97,586.96
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
